• Craft and own the SMB lending data &amp; analytics product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer value, market need, and data science feasibility.
• Partner with Ocrolus’s engineering and data science teams to deliver products that answer core questions for SMB lenders, such as: How industries and geographies are trending in application volumes, cash flow health, and approval performance.
• Which underwriting metrics are most predictive of outcomes such as approval, default, and renewal.
• How lenders can benchmark merchant applications for credit across industries and geographies.
• How to identify high-quality originators, broker partners, and merchants using data-driven scoring.
• How AI and analytics can surface underwriting red flags or recommend focal points in merchant cash flow.
• Write clear product requirements, business cases, and strategy documents to bring these insights to life.
• Represent Ocrolus’s SMB data and analytics suite externally to clients, partners, and prospects as a subject matter expert.
• Build KPIs and dashboards to monitor product performance and adoption, and iterate quickly on learnings.
• Educate internal stakeholders and collaborate with GTM teams to ensure seamless delivery and adoption.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of new data products, from rapid prototyping to phased rollouts and full launches.

Frontend Engineer

• Develop high-quality, responsive, and performant user interfaces using TypeScript, React, Material UI and related tools.
• Implement modular and reusable components with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Work closely with Product Managers and UX/UI designers to translate rough ideas, wireframes, and mockups into beautiful and interactive world-class experiences.

Senior Software Engineer – Frontend

People Operations

• Support employees throughout their Ocrolus journey, including owning the onboarding and offboarding process, answering questions, and connecting with team members to build relationships and drive engagement.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, assist with compliance reporting, and help streamline core HR processes.
• Provide day-to-day support for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, or procedures, escalating to senior HR as needed.
• Contribute to People Ops projects to help drive talent density, improve the employee experience, promote company values, and support operational excellence.
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and align on recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: posting, sourcing, resume review, phone screens, interview coordination, debriefs, and extending offers.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple functions by proactively sourcing and engaging passive talent.
• Ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience, representing Ocrolus’ values and culture throughout the process.
• Serve as the point of contact for all day-to-day office needs, ensuring the NYC space is welcoming, well-stocked, and running smoothly.

Recruitment

• Support Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment strategies and coordinating bulk hiring drives
• Actively source and engage candidates for technical and non-technical roles using advanced search methods and AI-driven tools
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and manage candidate pipelines
• Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements across multiple channels
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
