• Facilitate weekly in-person client meetings in order to build strong relationships focused on helping facilitate the change management process within SMB/Consumer clients

Senior Software Engineer

Engineer

• Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor during the post-sales process, embed with customer teams to understand their workflows and demonstrate how Ocrolus’ technology improves efficiency in mortgage origination.
• Review and consult on technical solutions, APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and integrations that solve real business problems.
• Build and support technical solutions and integrations for mortgage clients using Ocrolus, Encompass, and other POS/LOS mortgage platforms.
• Run proof-of-concepts and proof-of-value engagements that demonstrate ROI fast.
• Troubleshoot gnarly technical issues in live environments and get things back on track.
• Partner with the Account Management and Product teams to deliver value, and influence the roadmap.
• Travel occasionally (~30–50%) to customer sites and industry events

Mortgage Forward Deployed Engineer

Product Marketing

• Plan and drive product and feature launches, aligning internal stakeholders and ensuring readiness across sales, marketing, product, and account management. Own timelines, messaging, and deliverables for high-impact releases.
• Develop and evolve clear, differentiated messaging for mortgage lenders. Align product positioning to real-world customer challenges and market dynamics.
• Create content and tools, including decks, one-pagers, battlecards, case studies and more to help sales and account management teams articulate our value. Deliver training and guidance to ensure consistent, confident product narratives across the company.
• Gather intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and market trends. Use these insights to inform product strategy, marketing campaigns, and positioning.
• Work closely with product, marketing, engineering, sales and account management teams to support integrated marketing and growth initiatives. Contribute to thought leadership and awareness efforts.

Senior Software Engineer – Python

Events

• Own Ocrolus’ full event portfolio for an assigned vertical (SMB or Mortgage), including industry conferences, owned field marketing programs (executive dinners, roadshows, workshops, roundtables, customer events), and partner-led activations.
• Build the annual event and field marketing strategy and budget aligned to revenue goals, balancing conferences and curated field programs to drive pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and customer expansion.
• Define event objectives, KPIs, and attribution models (sourced vs. influenced pipeline, pipeline acceleration, expansion impact) and clearly communicate results to stakeholders.
• Maintain an evolving go/no-go decision framework for net-new shows, field formats, and sponsorship tiers, leveraging AI to evaluate ROI, audience fit, and account coverage.
• Design high-intent event experiences that go beyond the conference floor that prioritize meetings, executive engagement, and quality conversations over volume.
• Own contracts, sponsor deliverables, booth logistics, venues, vendors, swag, and on-site execution; negotiate to maximize value across all event types.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Marketing to align on target accounts, regions, and objectives for each event and field program.
• Guide agencies and vendors; develop run-of-show, staffing plans, and real-time lead capture and qualification workflows that sync with the CRM in real time.
• Build and optimize repeatable event and field marketing playbooks as programs scale.
• Proactively source call-for-speakers and paid/earned thought-leadership opportunities at events; make clear recommendations, draft abstracts, and own submissions end-to-end.
• Partner with executives, product marketing, and internal SMEs to develop compelling narratives, panels and presentations (in partnership with brand marketing).
• Support partner-led events and co-branded activations.
• Partner with RevOps and Growth to covert attendee lists into action with AI-assisted workflows and clear SLAs
• Operationalize pre-event meeting booking and post-event acceleration for both conferences and field programs.
• Use AI and data to recommend target accounts, invite lists, and follow-up prioritization, including reviewing large datasets to inform go/no-go decisions.
• Collaborate with content, design, growth, and product marketing to deliver cohesive pre- and post-event campaigns.
• Own event-related messaging and asset creation (signage, decks, microsites, printed materials, gifting).
• Publish 48-hour executive summaries (key accounts touched, hot leads, next actions) and 7/14/30-day pipeline updates; lead post-event retrospectives and optimization.

Senior Manager – Event Programs

Security Engineer

• Work closely with the CISO to build the product security strategy, roadmap, and metrics to measure and monitor product security posture
• Conduct design and architecture reviews for Ocrolus products and infrastructure
• Perform code reviews and application security assessments, including AI/LLMs
• Engage with the development teams to conduct secure design reviews/threat modeling exercises
• Identify vulnerabilities/threats that could affect Ocrolus products through independent research and work with the developers on workarounds/mitigation plans
• Be the go-to person for developers in solving critical issues relating to secure product development

• Contribute to Engineering Standards: Play an active role in shaping Ocrolus-wide engineering standards, participate in design reviews (RFCs/ADRs), and promote adherence to best practices. Champion Code Quality and Reliability: Be a vocal advocate for code quality, observability, and system reliability. This includes everything from implementing rigorous A/B testing to setting up real-time monitoring systems.
• Understand how their team and projects fit into the larger business goals. Bring together technical and nontechnical stakeholders towards common objectives, suggest alternative solutions to customer problems, and help teach and support more junior teammates.
• Look for opportunities for process improvements within their team and works with others to implement process changes.
• Find ways to incorporate company values into day-to-day decisions and have ideas on how to build policies/processes that support the improvement of company culture.
