About the role

  • Lead execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including launch plans, materials, and campaigns
  • Create launch content such as landing pages, blog posts, and email campaigns
  • Use customer insights and market data to shape product positioning and messaging across channels (website, ads, collateral)
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop pitch decks, demo scripts, case studies and deliver product training
  • Develop customer-centric programs that support adoption, retention, advocacy, and gather feedback with Customer Success
  • Work with content teams to produce educational and thought-leadership assets (blogs, whitepapers, videos)
  • Track KPIs (adoption, engagement, sales conversion) and use insights to optimize campaigns and refine strategy
  • Collaborate closely with client’s CMO and Chief Product and Technology Officer; receive support from Oceans’ Operations Manager
  • Work remotely with split-shift overlap with client timezone; attend in-person training during the first 90 days

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in SaaS or technology environments
  • Proven track record in launching products and managing go-to-market (GTM) campaigns
  • Strong ability to analyze customer needs, buyer personas, and competitive landscapes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives
  • Experience creating collateral, training, and resources for sales teams (sales enablement)
  • Ability to work across Product, Sales, and Customer Success functions
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Bonus skills: MBA or advanced business/marketing degree
  • Bonus skills: Experience driving customer engagement and retention programs
  • Bonus skills: Familiarity with trade, supply chain, or global intelligence industries
  • Bonus skills: Background in thought leadership and content-driven marketing
