About the role

  • Establish, cultivate, and nurture partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in pharmaceutical and life sciences.
  • Combine revenue generation, strategic alliances, and partnership coordination.
  • Serve as primary liaison to ISV partners and cultivate relationships to advance NVIDIA's computing platform.
  • Define and implement strategy with ISVs and NVIDIA cross-functional leadership to generate new business.
  • Manage joint sales initiatives, involve ISV and NVIDIA field sales teams and channel partners.
  • Develop and own joint go-to-market (GTM) plan with objectives and KPIs.
  • Formulate and implement repeatable, scalable growth programs and develop technology demonstrations with solution architects.
  • Lead business plan to expedite NVIDIA platform adoption and align with pharmaceutical industry strategy.
  • Guide ISV partners through legal, compliance, security, and technical aspects.
  • Advocate internally for ISV partner needs influencing product and strategy roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of industry expertise in enterprise sales, business development, and strategic partner management, ideally in software or high-tech.
  • Proven history of building and managing C-level relationships with ISVs, GSIs, or other key alliance partners.
  • History of surpassing revenue goals and strategic aims via a partner-focused GTM approach.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to construct financial cases for executive audiences.
  • Adaptability and motivation; startup approach and ability to execute independently.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • (Preferred) Experience with NVIDIA software platform (NIMs, Blueprints, API, NVAIE, CUDA-X), HCLS go-to-market, pharmaceutical/biotech/life sciences industry, proficiency in AI/ML/accelerated computing, experience with legal/procurement/co-selling agreements, MBA is a plus.
