Bookkeeper

• Traiter la paie bimensuelle de tous les employés, y compris les nouvelles embauches, les départs et les changements de statut.

Marketing

• Day-to-day management and execution of digital advertising campaigns with emphasis on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Set up campaigns, manage ad sets, and ensure creative assets are deployed correctly and on schedule.
• Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of campaign performance; make data-informed optimizations to improve efficiency and maximize lead generation.
• Compile and present comprehensive performance reports highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends and propose new ideas and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to align media plans with brand messaging and business objectives.
• Report to the Head of Marketing and contribute to development and implementation of lead generation strategies.

Media Buyer

• Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including new hires, terminations, and status changes
• Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local payroll tax laws and regulations
• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries, providing clear and helpful information
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within our HRIS, Rippling
• Reconcile monthly benefit invoices and collaborate with our finance department to ensure accurate billing and deductions
• Assist with year-end payroll processes, including T4 and RL-1 preparation and reporting
• Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll and benefits legislation to ensure continuous compliance
• Generate and analyze payroll and benefits reports as needed for management

Payroll and Benefits Specialist

• Serve as the primary guide for each guest's experience, managing their time in the studio from arrival through final photo selection.
• Present Nuovo’s curated product offerings confidently, guiding guests toward meaningful, high-end purchases.
• Lead high-end sales efforts, build relationships, close deals, and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Collaborate with the studio team to ensure seamless execution of photoshoot, product delivery, and overall guest experience.
• Conduct same-day reveal of unedited photos and guide guests through image and product selection.
• Coordinate final product delivery after in-house retouching, ensuring luxury standards.

Guest Experience and Sales Professional

• Welcome guests and build authentic connections, listening to their stories and understanding their needs.
• Serve as the primary guide for each guest's studio journey, managing time and ensuring a seamless, high-end experience from arrival to final photo selection.
• Present and sell Nuovo’s curated product offerings, helping guests select images and products that preserve their memories.
• Lead same-day reveal sessions to help guests navigate their options and select images and products.
• Collaborate with the studio team and in-house retouching team to ensure final product quality and delivery.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals while prioritizing guest satisfaction and emotional comfort.
• Partner with photographers and studio staff to execute flawless photoshoots and product fulfillment.
• Manage booking- and sales-related administrative tasks and time-sensitive coordination.

• Meet with each guest to understand their vision and set the stage for sessions in the SoHo studio.
• Lead curated photoshoots and collaborate with the all-female photography team to create tasteful, elegant imagery.
• Lead same-day viewing of unedited photos and guide guests through image and product selection.
• Coordinate final product delivery by sending selected images to the in-house retouching team and ensuring high-quality finished products are delivered.
