About the role
- Day-to-day management and execution of digital advertising campaigns with emphasis on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Set up campaigns, manage ad sets, and ensure creative assets are deployed correctly and on schedule.
- Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of campaign performance; make data-informed optimizations to improve efficiency and maximize lead generation.
- Compile and present comprehensive performance reports highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends and propose new ideas and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to align media plans with brand messaging and business objectives.
- Report to the Head of Marketing and contribute to development and implementation of lead generation strategies.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or a related field.
- Practical experience in a marketing or media buying role, or a proven track record of managing digital ad campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience with Meta Ads Manager and a strong understanding of its functionalities.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in French and English (bilingualism) is a significant asset.
