Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Salesforce projects aimed at improving customer experience.
Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives and possibly running some.
Analyze customer feedback and business processes to identify opportunities for enhancing Salesforce functionalities.
Develop user stories using the INVEST technique and demonstrate knowledge of story techniques such as the Three Cs Model, User Story Template, and Scenario Writing.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication of requirements and foster collaboration among team members.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and user expectations.
Provide training and support to team members and end-users on Salesforce features related to customer experience.
Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and best practices to recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience as a Scrum Squad Leader or Scrum Master
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with Salesforce
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
Familiarity with the INVEST technique and other common user story techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Previous experience with AgentForce would be a plus.
