About the role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Salesforce projects aimed at improving customer experience.
  • Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives and possibly running some.
  • Analyze customer feedback and business processes to identify opportunities for enhancing Salesforce functionalities.
  • Develop user stories using the INVEST technique and demonstrate knowledge of story techniques such as the Three Cs Model, User Story Template, and Scenario Writing.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication of requirements and foster collaboration among team members.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and user expectations.
  • Provide training and support to team members and end-users on Salesforce features related to customer experience.
  • Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and best practices to recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Scrum Squad Leader or Scrum Master
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
  • Familiarity with the INVEST technique and other common user story techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience with AgentForce would be a plus.
