Design engaging, user-friendly visual content for the website (homepage, landing pages, feature pages, etc.) in line with product and marketing objectives.
Ensure all content is aligned with the Product team and reflects business goals and customer expectations.
Maintain visual consistency across the site, adhering to brand guidelines while improving UI clarity and engagement.
Collaborate within a cross-functional Agile team, contributing to planning, feedback loops, and iteration cycles.
Explore and adopt emerging AI tools to optimize and accelerate the creative process.
Manage multiple content design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, often with overlapping deadlines.
Take initiative in learning, adapting, and experimenting in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Work both independently and collaboratively, sharing ideas and receiving feedback constructively.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Content Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing web content or UI/UX design.
Proficiency in Figma (including libraries, components, auto layout, prototyping) and in Adobe Suite.
Familiarity with AI generative design and video tools like Freepik or DALL·E.
Solid understanding of design principles, responsive layouts, typography, and hierarchy.
Previous experience working in an Agile environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Ability to coordinate with teams across different time zones and functions.
Detail-oriented with the ability to see and act on the bigger picture.
A self-starter with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn and apply new tools or approaches.
Eagerness to work in a fast-paced product environment, constantly striving to enhance our product offering and user experience.
Experience working in the iGaming or eCommerce industries is a plus.
