  • Create and deliver compelling content that engages team members and strengthens Aprio’s culture.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and leaders to ensure internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with firm goals and values.
  • Develop and execute communications strategies and content including email updates, scripts, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations.
  • Manage an internal email communications platform and content editorial calendar.
  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of internal communications and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain flexible availability and responsiveness during and outside normal office hours as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a Communications Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent writer and editor with highly strategic approach to messaging and communication channels.
  • Responsible for a high volume of work while meeting tight deadlines with hyper attention to detail.
  • Experience managing and maintaining internal communication tools is a plus (internal email platform, intranet, etc.)
  • Unique storytelling experience.
