About the role

  • Act as the primary administrator of Salesforce: manage configuration, user management, profiles, roles, and permissions
  • Maintain data quality through validation rules, duplicate management, and regular data audits
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate requests, and recommend governance-aligned solutions
  • Manage user demands with resilience while ensuring adherence to governance and design standards
  • Build and maintain automation using Flows, approval processes, and other declarative tools
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights
  • Champion adoption: promote effective use of Salesforce, encourage new features, and drive user confidence
  • Deliver user training, onboarding, and upskilling programs
  • Support integrations with other systems, coordinating with developers and integration partners
  • Administer and support Salesforce CPQ: product configuration, pricing rules, quoting, and troubleshooting for Lead-to-Order processes
  • Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend relevant functionality for adoption
  • Support testing, change management, and deployment processes for controlled system updates
  • Ensure system security, compliance, and governance are upheld across the platform

Requirements

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • 3+ years Salesforce administration experience in a multi-cloud environment
  • Proven ability to manage user requests with professionalism and resilience while adhering to governance and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and automation
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, roles, and permissions
  • Experience developing effective reports and dashboards tailored to business needs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to train, guide, and influence users at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Desired: Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
  • Desired: Salesforce AI Associate and AI Specialist certifications
  • Desired: Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification
  • Desired: Experience in user adoption, change management, and enablement programs
  • Desired: Familiarity with Salesforce AI features, including AgentForce
  • Desired: Experience supporting integrations with ERP, billing, or marketing automation platforms
  • Desired: Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps processes (sandboxes, deployments, testing)
  • Desired: Experience creating learning materials, user guides, and leading workshops
  • Desired: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or related field
