About the role
- Build and lead a high-performing regional practice management team for Hybrid Data Center & AI Factory Infrastructure
- Establish governance, standards, and tools for consistent delivery and performance
- Develop and implement enablement plans, training programs, and technical depth initiatives
- Partner with regional sales and solution teams to drive pipeline growth and ACV bookings
- Support strategic deals, mentor teams on cloud, AI, and infrastructure transformation, and deliver sales enablement training
- Drive premium service attach rates and strategic client engagement (targeting 30%+ services attach)
- Own the regional product/portfolio lifecycle from market research to launch and localize product collateral for North America
- Lead GTM planning, execution, and performance reviews across customer segments
- Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with OEMs, hyperscalers, and AI infrastructure leaders (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD)
- Co-develop joint go-to-market strategies, solution roadmaps, and partner-aligned offerings
- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Hybrid Data Center & AI Factory infrastructure solutions
- Drive solution innovation across compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and AI infrastructure platforms
- Provide oversight and mentorship on complex solutioning efforts and develop scalable, repeatable architectures
- Champion AI-ready infrastructure solutions supporting HPC, data pipelines, and GPU-accelerated workloads
- Guide clients in modernizing infrastructure for AI/ML workloads and ensure architectures are optimized for scalability, latency, and data governance
- Ensure client satisfaction through continuous engagement, service performance reviews, and financial/metric tracking
- Develop lighthouse client references and case studies in Year 1
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technology or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years’ industry experience and proven success
- Deep knowledge of data center technology portfolio for core partners (Dell, Cisco, Broadcom and HPE)
- Proven expertise in leading the design, implementation and management of Data Center & AI Factory infrastructure solutions
- Extensive experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, and IT services
- Proven track record in launching successful offerings and achieving sales targets
- Experience managing regional teams and navigating complex organizational structures
- Strong vendor relationships and industry network, especially with OEMs and AI partners (NVIDIA, AMD)
- Experience delivering reference deployments and securing lighthouse client case studies
- Strategic vision with strong execution and leadership capabilities
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and business modeling skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with perseverance and a hands-on leadership style
- Ability to lead in a matrixed organization and inspire cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to federate across multiple practice towers (Data & AI, Networking, Cybersecurity)
