Hunter sales position focused on acquiring new business and driving revenue growth.
Prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals with a strong emphasis on outbound sales and pipeline building.
Owns overall account responsibility for pipeline and forecasting; executes against growth and profitability goals across HPE's portfolio.
Positions strategic solutions, builds strong customer relationships, and engages executive-level stakeholders.
Develops and engages with the extended partner ecosystem; orchestrates deal teams and acts as customer advocate inside HPE.
Plans for accounts to deliver results through the financial year and beyond; constantly develops IT industry knowledge.

This role has been designated as ‘Remote/Teleworker’, which means you will primarily work from home.
Preference is for the candidate to be in the Bay Area, but may be open to qualified candidates located in the US.
Due to the responsibilities of the role, the candidate must be US citizen.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Typically, 6-10+ years of account management experience in the IT industry.
Understanding and experience selling HPE AI products and solutions.
2+ years of hunting net new logos.
Proven ability to deliver on sales objectives and close complex deals; successful track record delivering against revenue goals and quota attainment.
Comfortable and experienced with engagement and cultivating executive (C-Level) relationships.
Applies knowledge of the AI market landscape and experience selling HPE HPC/AI solutions.
Must comply with applicable COVID-19 vaccination policy where required by law.
