About the role
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Chief Strategy Officer and the Strategy & People Leadership Team
- Manage calendars, priorities, and travel arrangements, anticipating needs
- Drive coordination across Strategy & People: plan the annual wheel, support onboarding, and ensure key people processes run smoothly
- Draft and proofread presentations and support external meetings
- Collaborate with the event manager to deliver inspiring off-sites and social activities in Denmark and abroad
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and provide ad hoc administrative support
- Participate in the cross-departmental EA network for knowledge sharing and development
- Support a global department of 20+ people; role reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and is based at headquarters in Copenhagen
Requirements
- 5+ years of solid experience supporting executives or senior leaders
- Experience as EA/PA or Team Coordinator; preferably from professional services, financial institutions, or the investment environment
- Enjoy supporting an entire department rather than focusing on a single leader
- Structured, resourceful, and motivated by enabling others to succeed
- Work proactively, think two steps ahead, and balance attention to detail with maintaining an overview
- Proven high performance as an Executive Assistant or Team Coordinator with trusted references
- Strong presence and a confident, approachable personality
- Fluent in English and Danish, both spoken and written
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Curious and quick to adopt new digital tools
