About the role

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate training and education programs for different levels of healthcare professionals to ensure HCPs are equipped for the safe and effective use of Pelvic Health therapies, aligning with company and customer objectives
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with KOLs and HCP faculty, serving as a point of contact to foster collaboration and align on shared goals for medical education and Pelvic Health
  • Lead RTC HCP faculty selection, development and management, fostering strong relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for consulting agreements, payments, and ongoing support
  • Travel to RTCs to assess program effectiveness, maintain high educational standards, and address evolving education needs in partnership with the local teams & faculty
  • Develop and implement best practices to standardize training programs across Regional Training Centers (RTCs)
  • Manage program budgets, consulting agreements, faculty payments, and internal approvals to ensure financial accountability and operational efficiency
  • Design and develop innovative educational content and curriculum tailored to adult learning principles, maximizing the effectiveness of training programs
  • Collaborate with the meeting planning team to manage program logistics, scheduling and on-site coordination, ensuring seamless operations and impactful delivery
  • Track, assess, and report key performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements as needed
  • Partner with Marketing, Medical Education, Compliance, and Sales teams to align on business strategies, ensuring cohesive and impactful education program delivery
  • Ensures all activities are compliant with Quality System requirements
  • Act as a resource for leadership and field teams, providing strategic insights and support for physician training initiatives
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within all educational programs, ensuring representation and accessibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in medical education, medical devices, program management, or adult learning/curriculum design
  • Demonstrated experience working with healthcare providers, societies, or academic institutions within the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience in urology, urogynecology, or neuromodulation therapies (nice to have)
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and regulatory/compliance standards for HCP interactions (nice to have)
  • Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills across organizational levels and with external stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
