Executive Assistant

• Provide high-quality administrative support to the Chief Strategy Officer and the Strategy & People Leadership Team
• Manage calendars, priorities, and travel arrangements, anticipating needs
• Drive coordination across Strategy & People: plan the annual wheel, support onboarding, and ensure key people processes run smoothly
• Draft and proofread presentations and support external meetings
• Collaborate with the event manager to deliver inspiring off-sites and social activities in Denmark and abroad
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and provide ad hoc administrative support
• Participate in the cross-departmental EA network for knowledge sharing and development
• Support a global department of 20+ people; role reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and is based at headquarters in Copenhagen
