• Keep Legal’s eBilling and matter management running smoothly (vendor onboarding, matter setup/updates, invoices, accruals, budgets, data hygiene and vendor/timekeeper maintenance).
• Coordinate approvals and dependencies with Legal, Procurement, and Finance/AP to ensure accruals and timely payment processing.
