About the role

  • Plan, build, and ship product features from conception to launch
  • Improve performance, reliability, and quality of Notion's core user experiences
  • Run experiments with design and data teams to drive activation and retention

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of full-time professional engineering experience
  • Proven track record of execution in building product experiences
  • Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
  • Experience with technologies like React, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, or experimentation and analytics tooling (Nice to have)
  • Exposure to distributed systems, observability, CI/CD, or infrastructure fundamentals (Nice to have)
  • Proactive communication and high agency to drive projects forward
  • Curiosity and willingness to adopt new AI tools for better results
