About the role
- Work in the AI Connectors team
- Design and ship connectors from scratch
- Build semantic search infrastructure
- Transform natural language questions into intelligent queries
- Implement ranking systems for relevant results
- Scale to millions of documents across customers

Requirements
- At least 2-5 years of experience in software engineering
- Strong foundation in distributed systems and data pipelines
- Exposure to databases and production infrastructure
- Clean, maintainable code writing skills
- Thoughtful technical decision making
- Strong collaboration with teammates
- Experience with AI Connectors and agentic search is a plus
