About the role
- Provide staging consultation to 10+ sellers per week in Maryland, Delaware, D.C., Virginia, and Pennsylvania
- Communicate regularly with agents and send reminders/check-ins throughout the listing process
- Coordinate and attend virtual tour and 3-D walk-thru photography shoots; take notes to capture features
- Create property brochures by selecting photos and writing creative copy for brochures and MLS listings
- Verify assigned homes in MLS for accuracy, including notation of community amenities
- Maintain assigned company vehicle and coordinate maintenance, inspections, registration, and insurance
- Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions and perform administrative marketing tasks (e.g., set up lockboxes)
- Live the Northrop values and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Experience in real estate, residential design, or product marketing preferred
- ASP® certification a plus or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent people skills and interpersonal savvy
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong initiative and ability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong knowledge of and ability to use Customer Relationship Management Systems; experience with Salesforce preferred
- Must be willing and able to travel and maintain reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds at times
