• Build and lead a team of highly motivated and effective contracts professionals, providing strong leadership, training, guidance, and career development to direct reports;

• Serve as Space Sector Lead for the management of janitorial, building engineering, elevator/electrical maintenance, grounds maintenance, snow removal, fire‑life safety, HVAC, café/food services, waste disposal, and recycling contracts provided by JLL.
• Partner with the JLL Space Sector Director and NG Corporate PMO on all JLL contract aspects.
• Identify additions and removals of facilities and associated services; coordinate with NG facilities managers and JLL Space Sector Director to execute changes.
• Review and approve change‑control requests for facility additions, deletions, and service scaling.
