• Responsible for the successful delivery of the run the bank portfolio of projects
• Manage the APAC team of Business Analysts, Project Managers and PMO resources
• Work with the Entitlements Portfolio Manager and Implementation Lead to define project plans, resource plans
• Manage project dependencies, milestone plans, risk and issue management and stakeholder management
• Deliver all aspects of the run the bank implementations and the effective control of the projects
• Direct management of the team based in Bangalore and Pune, including performance management
• Collaborate and communicate with executive sponsors and senior management stakeholders
• Build credible, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders
