About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead enterprise-scale programs with multiple projects and workstreams impacting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and cross-functional partners.
Own program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones from initiation through implementation.
Drive execution of initiatives supporting strategic change and expansion of critical business capabilities.
Align resources across business, technology, data, operations, risk, and other partners to achieve program objectives.
Facilitate governance forums and prepare executive-level status updates, risk assessments, and decision materials.
Track progress against defined business outcomes and benefits realization targets.
Apply strong analytical judgment to solve complex problems and recommend practical, scalable solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
10–15+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in financial services
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority
Deep expertise in program and project management disciplines, including delivery in complex, regulated environments
Strong understanding of how strategy translates into operational execution
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts and influence senior stakeholders
High adaptability and effectiveness in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
