About the role
- Lead market research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Define and execute ROW markets focused growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Develop and validate monetization approaches (RevShare, CPA, CPL, CPM, hybrid).
- Balance short-term wins with long-term vision via structured roadmaps.
- Track KPIs including FTDs, rankings, traffic, conversion rates, and revenue by channel.
- Maintain full visibility of P&L and prioritize initiatives to drive ROI.
- Build and maintain dashboards for transparent performance tracking.
- Maximize affiliate revenue and diversify income streams through media campaigns, branded content, partnerships.
- Identify and secure strategic alliances, joint ventures, and M&A opportunities.
- Monitor iGaming regulations and ensure campaigns comply with local laws.
- Build, mentor, and lead local teams across sales, content, and market operations.
- Collaborate with Product, SEO, and Content teams to optimize CRO, UX, funnels, and run A/B tests.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business management, preferably in sports media, iGaming, or digital marketing.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
- Data-driven decision-maker with excellent analytical skills.
- Skilled leader who inspires performance and drives results.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian, Bulgarian, Polish, or Czech is a plus.
