About the role
- Responsible for the full scope of Parkster's digital marketing across markets.
- Develop full-funnel plans aligned with KPIs and business objectives.
- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads.
- Own digital media budget and performance metrics to impact traffic, conversions, tracking, ROI and ROAS.
- Lead A/B testing, tracking and analytics to drive continuous improvements.
- Identify and target audiences to improve campaign resonance and conversions.
- Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes and regulations affecting channels.
- Work cross-functionally with tech, analytics, content and local marketing activation colleagues.
- Report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate within the international marketing team.
Requirements
- A university degree or equivalent higher education in digital marketing.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with both strategic and executional responsibilities.
- Proven track record in digital media buying and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and familiarity with key tools.
- Experience with AI and SEO.
- Tech-savvy, curious, and organized approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Fluent in Swedish (native level) and English; German is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Located in Lund (role states "You’ll be located in Lund").
