About the role
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to build strong pipelines including early talent, passive candidates, and events.
- Lead and manage the execution of recruitment strategies across all functions and geographies.
- Direct rapid-response hiring initiatives to meet urgent talent needs and stabilize high-risk or business-critical areas.
- Provide hands-on leadership for urgent staffing escalations and workforce gaps.
- Partner with operations and HR to ensure effective talent planning and recruitment for new site launches.
- Build scalable sourcing processes that align with business objectives and workforce readiness.
- Manage workforce transitions for decommissioned sites, including redeployment strategies, offboarding, and communication planning.
- Provide dedicated support and leadership for strategically critical or high-volume sites.
- Ensure sourcing and staffing strategies are tailored to meet evolving business needs.
- Serve as the point of contact for talent acquisition data requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in reporting.
- Coordinate the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and executive updates to communicate recruiting performance and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR analytics and leadership teams to align reporting with organizational goals and talent strategies.
- Design and implement a structured onboarding program for newly hired recruiters to ensure rapid ramp-up and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Deliver training sessions on sourcing strategies, ATS/CRM systems, compliance, and organizational recruitment standards.
- Establish mentorship and shadowing opportunities to support skill development and confidence building.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive clinician recruitment/sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity with direct reports.
- Demonstrated sourcing experience.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing urgent priorities, and executing strategic initiatives seamlessly.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience with ATS and CRM.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
- Salary: $101,561.70 - $139,647.34 annually
