About the role
- Manage installation operations for two independent businesses
- Oversee job flow processes for Home Depot Exteriors and Home Depot Interiors
- Manage warehouse and field installation teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Meet/exceed performance standards for gross margin, install labor rates, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of work experience
- Construction/home improvement industry experience preferred
- Prior experience working with subcontractors preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field of study
