• Serve as a compliance reviewer for Norm Ai clients, conducting reviews using Norm’s AI-powered compliance platform
• Perform hands-on regulatory reviews across marketing materials, disclosures, policies and procedures, and surveillance outputs
• Work closely with Norm’s Legal Engineers and Norm Law, LLP’s Attorneys to translate regulatory requirements into AI agents and structured review logic
• Support SEC examinations, compliance program reviews, and other regulatory or advisory engagements

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers across AI and platform disciplines through regular 1:1s, performance management, and career development.
• Create clarity around priorities, goals, and execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring the team delivers consistently and effectively.
• Partner closely with technical leads and senior engineers who own system architecture and design across AI and platform systems.
• Support engineers working on complex technical problems by providing guidance, removing blockers, and fostering strong collaboration.
• Establish a high-performance team culture grounded in ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive team processes including planning, execution tracking, and retrospectives to improve velocity and quality.
• Lead hiring efforts across AI and platform engineering, partnering with recruiting and technical leadership to attract and close strong candidates.
• Communicate clearly with senior leadership on team progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal engineering, and platform teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
