About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with Norm's Head of Legal and Managing Partner of Norm Law, LLP
Support corporate and governance needs, including board and stockholder consents and entity matters
Draft and review commercial agreements and build templates
Support employment and HR matters, manage IP ownership and data privacy compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build legal function's infrastructure

Requirements

What you’ll need

JD and barred in at least one state (NY preferred)
2–3 years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house at a high-growth company
Strong corporate/transactional foundation and understanding of corporate, commercial, employment, IP, and data privacy/security law
Must be pragmatic and business-minded
Highly organized and systems-oriented
