Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience as an engineering manager
Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing engineers
Strong understanding of modern software development practices and system design
Experience driving execution in fast-moving, high-growth environments
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Sound business judgment and excellent communication
Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy domains
Experience leading or building cloud infrastructure, platform, or shared-services systems (pluses)
Exposure to the demands of AI/ML workloads (pluses)
Background in startups or high-growth environments (pluses)
