About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive executive compensation strategies
- Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark executive compensation
- Ensure compliance of total reward practices with all relevant regulations
- Support preparation and development of executive compensation reports
- Assist in preparing and managing materials for Board Committee meetings
- Collaborate with other departments on executive compensation design
- Support the global implementation of total rewards programs
- Design and manage performance-based compensation plans
- Provide consultation and advice to support pay decisions
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years Total Rewards experience
- At least 3 years managing and administering executive compensation programs in a U.S. publicly traded company
