Requirements
A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or equivalent relevant work experience
6+ years in business excellence or operational leadership roles, including 2+ years of people management experience
Proven success in process improvement, project coordination, and AI automation
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Experience in the learning and development industry is a plus
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
