About the role
- Develop and implement a channel sales strategy to meet revenue goals
- Actively recruit, empower, and nurture channel partnerships
- Leverage your hunter instincts to pinpoint and capitalize on new business ventures
- Train and support channel partners
- Serve as a solution-selling expert and provide high-level product demonstrations
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities
- Work in tandem with internal teams to align channel strategies
- Represent Nitro at industry events
Requirements
- Fluent in English (bilingual would be a bonus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of channel management experience within the SaaS domain
- Proven network among DISTI, DMR, MSP, VAR, and SI partnerships within the NAMER region
- Skilled at delivering high-level product demonstrations and communicating clear, compelling value propositions
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-driven and outcome-focused
- Passion for regular travel for face-to-face meetings
