Senior Manager – Integrations Services

Field Engineer

• Perform installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or software issues in the field.
• Provide preventive maintenance according to service schedules.
• Deliver technical support and training to clients on the use and maintenance of equipment.
• Document service activities using internal reporting systems (e.g., service reports, CRM tools).
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and timely service.

Field Service Technician

Procurement

• Support and lead sourcing activities (RFI, RFQ, eAuctions) across fleet categories such as vehicles, leasing, rentals, maintenance, and telematics

Fleet Sourcing Specialist

• Performs a variety of routine support activities in the field service function
• Responsible for providing troubleshooting and repairing of technical / mechanical equipment failures in the field
• Assess and respond to situations using standard procedures in isolation and fixing problem equipment
• Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems through field service management software
• Troubleshooting and repair of commercial and industrial floor cleaning equipment either in the branch shop or on location at a customer site
• Completion of all required reporting of service work performed, time sheets, and other reports as set forth by the Branch Supervisor

• Coordination and execution of new product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing.
• Collaborate closely with product development teams to understand new product features and benefits, providing critical input for marketing campaigns.
• Create and activate marketing campaigns focused on new product launches, including email marketing, online advertising, and social media to target end-users and dealers.
