About the role

  • Develop sales activities and expand customer base in assigned US market (aerospace and fueling).
  • Work closely with Business Line Manager and Segment Manager to exceed customer expectations and deepen relationships.
  • Responsible for year-on-year bookings growth for Prime equipment aligned with company strategy.
  • Assist Segment Manager in developing business plans and sales strategies for key accounts.
  • Initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets and assist in marketing plan implementation.
  • Develop cross-disciplinary relationships within target accounts to support account development and growth.
  • Ensure all sales activity is accurately reflected in Sales force CRM and provide timely feedback and forecasts.
  • Present new product developments and business strategies to customers and attend trade shows to generate leads.
  • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing, conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses, and control expenses.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales management.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Proven aptitude, willingness and ability to support sales teams.
  • Experience or ability to use Sales force CRM (Salesforce) and maintain accurate sales activity.
  • Ability to provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing and create proposal presentations and RFP responses.
  • Willingness to attend trade shows and develop new business leads.
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.
