About the role

  • Own the full-cycle sales process for strategic retail accounts in the U.S., from discovery to signed contract.
  • Execute the go-to-market strategy for the American market, focusing on key verticals and ideal customer profiles.
  • Create customer-specific solution concepts and present complex value propositions with internal experts.
  • Conduct consultative discovery to identify pricing and margin challenges and map pricing maturity.
  • Build and maintain deal pipelines in HubSpot with high CRM hygiene and accurate forecasts.
  • Create solution decks in PowerPoint, price and ROI modeling in Excel/Sheets, and draft commercial proposals.
  • Lead discovery conversations using a structured playbook and demonstrate strong qualification skills.
  • Maintain reliable sales forecasts, analyze deal risk, and refine opportunity narratives and mutual action plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success with sales of complex Enterprise software solutions.
  • Retail & Pricing industry experience.
  • CRM Mastery – HubSpot (or equivalent modern CRM) for opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and activity tracking.
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pricing/ROI modeling and elasticity modeling.
  • Strong proposal writing skills in Google Docs or Word.
  • Trained in or fluent with structured discovery frameworks (MEDDPICC/BANT-style thinking).
  • Ability to structure, update, and defend deal forecasts and analyze deal risk.
  • Strong consultative communication and storytelling ability.
