About the role
- Lead a team guiding learners through final credentialing needs to support completion of Experiential Learning (EL) activities and the program.
- Plan, develop, and organize workflows, reports, and activities to support and drive outcomes of the function.
- Complete ongoing and consistent audits of all functional activities to identify trends, make corrections, develop training, and deliver feedback.
- Attend educational webinars hosted by partnership sites and new facility meetings to gather and implement updates and changes.
- Cascade changes and updates through appropriate channels of communication.
- Audit learner compliance based on organizational requirements and learner-specific deadlines to ensure compliance for EL participation.
- Serve as a point of contact for learner escalations and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Participate and facilitate weekly functional meetings including 1:1s, coaching meetings, and team meetings.
- Manage schedules including time off approvals and adjustments to ensure coverage of projects and meetings.
- Provide onboarding for new collaborators within the function.
- Participate in development activities designated by the College.
- Participate in implementation of other functional projects as they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in credentialing is required.
- Demonstrated two years of experience producing professional communication and correspondence is required.
- Demonstrated experience providing a high standard of customer service is required.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience as a people leader is required.
- All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah.
