• Provide leadership and strategic oversight of the College’s compliance program, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements
• Supervise compliance and risk staff, oversee institutional compliance frameworks

Manager

• Lead a team guiding learners through final credentialing needs to support completion of Experiential Learning (EL) activities and the program.
• Plan, develop, and organize workflows, reports, and activities to support and drive outcomes of the function.
• Complete ongoing and consistent audits of all functional activities to identify trends, make corrections, develop training, and deliver feedback.
• Attend educational webinars hosted by partnership sites and new facility meetings to gather and implement updates and changes.
• Cascade changes and updates through appropriate channels of communication.
• Audit learner compliance based on organizational requirements and learner-specific deadlines to ensure compliance for EL participation.
• Serve as a point of contact for learner escalations and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Participate and facilitate weekly functional meetings including 1:1s, coaching meetings, and team meetings.
• Manage schedules including time off approvals and adjustments to ensure coverage of projects and meetings.
• Provide onboarding for new collaborators within the function.
• Participate in development activities designated by the College.
• Participate in implementation of other functional projects as they arise.

Operations

• The Vice President (VP) of IT Operations is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the college’s technology operations. This role provides direction and leadership across IT Operations, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Data Analytics, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support Nightingale’s mission and learner success.
• The VP will collaborate closely with leadership, academic leaders, and operational teams to align technology services with institutional priorities while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence.
• Develop and execute a multi-year IT operations strategy that aligns with Nightingale’s strategic plan.
• Partner with the CIO and leadership peers to ensure technology initiatives directly support academic programs, student services, and business operations.
• Anticipate emerging technologies and trends to position the institution for future success.
• Ensure IT teams have the resources, staffing, and processes needed to deliver high-quality services.
• Establish and monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) for performance, uptime, and issue resolution.
• Implement ITIL to improve process efficiency and service quality.
• Remove organizational roadblocks so IT Teams can focus on leading their domains effectively.
