About the role

  • Assist in managing and maintaining financial records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends in financial data and present findings to the accounting team
  • Provide support to users of accounting software, answering questions and resolving issues
  • Develop and implement training materials and documentation for accounting software users
  • Collaborate within the accounting function to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Assist in testing and implementing new accounting software and financial systems
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines for accounting projects
  • Participate in the successful implementation of accounting projects as they arise

Requirements

  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing an Accounting degree and/or certifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Knowledge of accounting software and systems (e.g., QuickBooks or SAP) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team
