About the role

  • Ongoing contact with clients to build and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Negotiating terms of cooperation with service partners
  • Preparing and presenting commercial offers and technical solutions tailored to clients’ needs
  • Creating offers and commercial documentation (including participation in tender processes)
  • Monitoring and compiling statistics on partner attrition and reported issues
  • Coordinating internal activities and collaborating with other departments to effectively meet client needs
  • Conducting market and competition analysis
  • Representing the company at industry events (Trade Shows, Conferences, Congresses)
  • Ensuring a positive image of the company and its services

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management (especially with large companies)
  • Ability to manage key clients and build long-term, stable relationships that enhance the company’s competitiveness
  • Strong negotiation skills – managing client expectations and negotiating terms to increase loyalty and business value
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results- and goal-oriented approach
  • Effective work planning skills
  • High degree of independence in task execution
  • Motivation to achieve results and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in English for daily communication (minimum level B2)
  • Nice to have: Experience in a similar position within the financial industry is a strong plus
