Acquiring new payment card merchants in the designated area and servicing current customers under the company's business care in the assigned territory
Conducting meetings with current and potential clients, establishing new business relationships, and providing after-sales customer service
Specifying detailed terms of cooperation and executing them in accordance with legal regulations and the company's standards
Preparing reports, commercial offers, monitoring the market and competitors' activities, and developing business relationships
Participating in periodic training sessions and meetings organized by the regional office or company headquarters
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of proven success in direct sales
At least secondary education
Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel
Proficient use of computers in daily work (Microsoft Office and other sales network applications, e.g., CRM)
High personal culture, ease in establishing contacts and building long-term customer relationships, excellent time management, independence, and goal-oriented approach, ability to deliver presentations
Highly developed sales and negotiation skills
Fluent knowledge of Polish language
Knowledge of English will be an additional advantage
