About the role

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other methods
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals
  • Gather feedback from customers and share it with the product development and marketing teams to improve offerings
  • Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Travel to meet with clients or attend industry events, as required

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical information
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous sales experience min. 5 years (preferred Safety Market)
