About the role
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals
- Gather feedback from customers and share it with the product development and marketing teams to improve offerings
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Travel to meet with clients or attend industry events, as required
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and articulate technical information
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous sales experience min. 5 years (preferred Safety Market)
