About the role

  • Efficiently and effectively partner with hiring managers to establish and meet business objectives
  • Responsible for hiring and sourcing talent to fill open positions with quality candidates within established time frames
  • Responsible for setting expectations with business partners by driving accountability to strategically plan for workforce needs
  • Accountable for meeting key recruiting metrics with the goal of meeting established business objectives (e.g., time-to-submit, source-of-hire, manager experience and satisfaction, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-organizational stakeholders to ensure quality of candidates, align on business needs and ensure business needs are met
  • Evaluate internal and external recruiting practices and market conditions to identify ways to continuously improve
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders to aid in the continuous improvement of processes, maintain alignment of business objectives, and overcome challenges though partnership
  • Responsible for accurate and effective use of the Applicant Tracking System to track the interviewing and hiring process and post jobs as needed
  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting and/or specializing in a designated area of the recruiting process (I.e. sourcing, screening, consulting with hiring managers throughout interview process, etc.)
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by effectively managing job postings, job descriptions, meeting required SLAs, etc.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition
  • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates and internal teams
  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with resume databases and ATS (Workday experience highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of recruitment and employment best practices and strategies
  • Knowledge and skill with behaviorally-based interview techniques
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills, written and verbal communication, time management, organizational skills
  • Clear focus on teamwork, open communication, and values that showcase and promote the employer brand and employee value proposition
  • The ability to solve problems independently by using critical thinking skills, identifying innovative solutions, and partnership with others
  • The ability to adapt quickly to change and influence team to do the same
  • The ability improve professionally and increase/improve job performance over time
  • The ability to influence business leaders and establish long-lasting partnerships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field strong preferred And/or 1+ years working in a Talent Acquisition Function
