About the role
- Act as Category Specialist for ICT categories (Software, Hardware, Outsourcing etc.) accountable for delivering on the categories’ performance and savings targets
- Develop and maintain complex category strategies and ensure implementation and adherence of execution plans
- Drive sourcing projects, contribute category-specific knowledge, and ensure alignment with category strategies (baseline, scope, strategy & recommendation)
- Ensure contracts are operationalized with clear KPIs, SLAs and defined governance
- Implement and maintain overview of contracts, follow-up on usage and savings realization
- Build relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Pro-actively manage key vendors, including vendor development, performance reviews and dispute settlement
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher professional qualification
- Knowledge of purchasing methods and procedures
- Experience in Procurement
- Working knowledge of the rules governing the purchase of goods and services
