Act as a trusted advisor to prospective families, guiding them through the full enrolment journey.
Respond promptly to inbound WhatsApp, phone, e-mail, and chat enquiries; conduct outbound follow-ups and schedule virtual consultations.
Apply consultative sales techniques to uncover motivations and recommend tailored academic pathways (CAPS, IEB, SACAI, Cambridge).
Use CRM (HubSpot) alerts to prioritise high-intent leads and maintain 100% CRM data accuracy.
Track, nurture, and convert leads within agreed SLAs; meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly enrolment targets.
Follow up on paused or incomplete applications, document gaps, and manage payment queries.
Guide families through subject choices, grade placements, and curriculum requirements; collect, verify, and process admissions documentation per DBE, POPIA, SACAI, IEB, and Cambridge standards.
Liaise with Marketing, Enrolment Co-ordinators, and Onboarding teams; attend weekly training; share insights to optimise campaigns and the admissions journey.
Requirements
Completed undergraduate degree or equivalent.
5+ years in a customer-facing sales or customer-service role (education, ed-tech, telecoms, or financial services advantageous).
Proficient user of CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and digital communications tools.
Fluent English; Afrikaans and/or a South African vernacular language (e.g. isiZulu, Sesotho, Xhosa) highly desirable.
Willingness to work some evenings/weekends during peak enrolment periods (Dec–Jan).
Empathetic, professional communicator with strong attention to detail.
Reliable high-speed internet and ability to work remotely.
