Provides administrative support to MyoSite Leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, expense report reconciliation, travel arrangements, and composes business correspondences
Organizes and expedites information workflow and initiate follow-up action as directed by leadership to effectively plan so key priorities are met first
Prepares presentations, agendas, statistical reports and other business correspondence & documentation
Aids in setup of A/V equipment for meetings and presentations
Creates and maintains departmental business operating procedures and guidelines
Provides administrative support for projects and initiatives as needed
Backup to the Office Administration Associate:
Provides front desk customer service to visitors, including responsibilities necessary to grant building access (i.e. ensures visitors complete appropriate Confidentiality Agreements, guest WIFI access, etc.)
Assists in maintaining inventory of office and breakroom supplies to ensure facility is appropriately stocked
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in providing executive level administrative assistance; additionally preferred is that administrative assistance experience includes departmental support
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and other general office equipment
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Teams
