About the role

  • Provides administrative support to MyoSite Leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, expense report reconciliation, travel arrangements, and composes business correspondences
  • Organizes and expedites information workflow and initiate follow-up action as directed by leadership to effectively plan so key priorities are met first
  • Prepares presentations, agendas, statistical reports and other business correspondence & documentation
  • Aids in setup of A/V equipment for meetings and presentations
  • Creates and maintains departmental business operating procedures and guidelines
  • Provides administrative support for projects and initiatives as needed
  • Backup to the Office Administration Associate:
  • Provides front desk customer service to visitors, including responsibilities necessary to grant building access (i.e. ensures visitors complete appropriate Confidentiality Agreements, guest WIFI access, etc.)
  • Assists in maintaining inventory of office and breakroom supplies to ensure facility is appropriately stocked

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in providing executive level administrative assistance; additionally preferred is that administrative assistance experience includes departmental support
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and other general office equipment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Teams
