About the role
- Help to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND in Gloucestershire
Support the service with a range of administration support functions including communications with schools, settings and parent carers
Provide flexible, innovative and customer focused administration support
Work under the direction of the Business Administration Lead
Join Gloucestershire’s Specialist Teaching and Educational Psychology Service (STEPS) to provide advice and support to schools, settings and families.
Requirements
- Excellent and proven customer service experience
Be a team player with strong communication and organisational skills
Have good experience of working with and across organisations
Strong ICT skills
Knowledge and experience of working in education; working with systems such as Capita and Liquid Logic; and an understanding of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) would also be an advantage.
