About the role
- Support with document control and review of quality-related documentation.
- Assist in meeting coordination: scheduling, preparing agendas etc
- Track Quality team deadlines and deliverables, proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Carry out basic document-based audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Assist with the collection, collation, and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Maintain and update databases and document management systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the Quality function.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role (experience in a Quality, Compliance, or Regulatory environment is an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with document management systems or databases is an advantage
- Confident communicator, able to engage with colleagues at all levels and chase actions diplomatically.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
