Accounting Manager

• Perform credit card reconciliations by pulling receipts from email and vendor platforms (Tipalti and Expensify where applicable), attaching documentation to transactions, ensuring proper line-item breakout and general ledger coding, and reconciling transactions using NetSuite's match bank feature
• Perform daily bank reconciliations, including monitoring bank activity, reconciling transactions in NetSuite, and posting and applying incoming customer collections
• Support accounts payable processes by processing vendor invoices, assisting with payment runs in Tipalti, maintaining accurate vendor records, and responding to vendor payment inquiries
• Review employee expense reports in Navan/Expensify for policy compliance and proper coding, follow up on missing or incomplete documentation, and ensure approved transactions are accurately synced to NetSuite
• Assist in maintaining accurate and organized financial records and documentation to support audit readiness and internal controls
• Collaborate with team members to identify process inefficiencies and support improvements to streamline transaction workflows
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting and operational projects as needed

• Demonstrate NewStore’s offerings with a value first approach to prospects and partners.
• Lead technical discussions on integration strategies, APIs and typical data flow patterns.
• Respond to RFPs and Security Questionnaires from multiple perspectives – Functional, Architectural and Security.
• Collaborate with all levels of the NewStore organization to develop best practices, identify market opportunities and address unique business use cases.
• Lead whiteboard integration/future-state discussions.

• Provide prompt, professional support to NewStore employees with all technical questions about IT software.
• Support the team in analyzing and troubleshooting common hardware and software issues (e.g., laptops, mobile devices, productivity tools).
• Support employees with basic guidance on hardware and software usage - while learning best practices along the way.
• Proactively monitor the IT Service Desk queue to ensure timely response and resolution of support requests
• Coordinate and execute IT onboarding for new hires (including account and equipment provisioning) and ensure secure offboarding.
• Assist with ordering and tracking IT equipment, working alongside senior team members.
