About the role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Source, engage, and evaluate top-tier candidates for GTM and G&A roles.
- Partner with GTM and G&A leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through LinkedIn and networking.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership to build and scale the GTM organization.
- Negotiate and close offers, ensuring a high acceptance rate.
- Provide market insights and data to internal stakeholders to inform hiring decisions and strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes.
- Ensure a positive and memorable candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience for a Saas company, with a focus on Go-to-Market and G&A hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for roles in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Operations, Finance, and HR.
- Strong understanding of the GTM function and the key metrics for success.
- Proactive and results-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expert level project management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- A passion for building diverse and high-performing teams.
- Bonus: Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Bonus: Experience with global hiring in locations such as Latin America and the Philippines.
