Coordinate facility-level placements for students in nursing or technician programs and global nurses
Support students throughout their internship journey and report out on key findings and metrics
Partner with stakeholders to build and maintain a pipeline of candidates
Improve processes and use systems and technology to their fullest extent
Build relationships with school partners and local DaVita teammates to bring Talent Partnership programs to life
Follow the process to place student interns and global nurses on an ongoing monthly cadence
Coordinate with Facility Administrators, Regional Operations Directors, and Talent Acquisition Leaders to identify barriers for placement and develop solutions
Coordinate with local school administrators to support execution of Student Training Agreements and drive submittals of student internships
Provide frequent and clear communication with field and school stakeholders, including scheduling and leading calls and sending recap emails
Escalate barriers for placements to managers and propose solution-oriented ways to drive market performance
Proactively troubleshoot processes and identify process improvement opportunities
Leverage data to analyze program performance and drive strategy within the market
Requirements
2-4 years of total work experience
High school diploma or GED
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Ability to use data to analyze performance and identify and resolve issues
Effectively communicate, both written and verbally, up to Sr. level audiences and external stakeholders
Ability to build trust, encourage collaboration, and inspire change across different teams
Identify and prioritize work tasks effectively and consistently achieve deadlines
Ability to set and achieve goals across multiple programs
