About the role

  • Coordinate facility-level placements for students in nursing or technician programs and global nurses
  • Support students throughout their internship journey and report out on key findings and metrics
  • Partner with stakeholders to build and maintain a pipeline of candidates
  • Improve processes and use systems and technology to their fullest extent
  • Build relationships with school partners and local DaVita teammates to bring Talent Partnership programs to life
  • Follow the process to place student interns and global nurses on an ongoing monthly cadence
  • Coordinate with Facility Administrators, Regional Operations Directors, and Talent Acquisition Leaders to identify barriers for placement and develop solutions
  • Coordinate with local school administrators to support execution of Student Training Agreements and drive submittals of student internships
  • Provide frequent and clear communication with field and school stakeholders, including scheduling and leading calls and sending recap emails
  • Escalate barriers for placements to managers and propose solution-oriented ways to drive market performance
  • Proactively troubleshoot processes and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Leverage data to analyze program performance and drive strategy within the market

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of total work experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to use data to analyze performance and identify and resolve issues
  • Effectively communicate, both written and verbally, up to Sr. level audiences and external stakeholders
  • Ability to build trust, encourage collaboration, and inspire change across different teams
  • Identify and prioritize work tasks effectively and consistently achieve deadlines
  • Ability to set and achieve goals across multiple programs
