About the role
- Align Technology and Data capacity with delivery of strategic and operational changes across the organisation
- Act as the entry point for all Technology and Data related change, triaging, assessing, and routing demand appropriately
- Balance resource availability with operational resilience, protecting business critical services and compliance obligations
- Support delivery of enterprise change while ensuring operational stability
- Work closely with Enterprise Change and Demand Planning team, key stakeholders and delivery/scrum teams
- Represent the Technology and Data function in prioritisation forums and resolve demand conflicts
- Provide visibility of capacity across BAU, change and operations to enable risk-informed prioritisation and sustainable delivery planning
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technology leadership or strategic planning role, ideally within a change or transformation environment
- Demonstrable expertise in developing and maturing forecasting and capacity modelling practices
- Strong understanding of change management, operational management, and compliance controls
- Hands-on experience in demand planning across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Comfortable maintaining operational stability during periods of significant change
- Deep knowledge of planning and resource modelling across matrixed or cross-functional teams
- Experience in regulated environments with a strong grasp of IT risk, audit, and compliance standards
- Broad understanding of systems integration, infrastructure, and development pipelines
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to use data-led insights to improve transparency, manage expectations, and challenge estimations and schedules
